Tasks For Mayur and Raghuram

•  Black and White Image detection to be integrated with /ncsu, /stanford, /wiki
• Run black and white detection code on every image in CSV file and then store a flag in CSV with the value of calculation. 
• On server side, we will experiment with various tolerance levels.
